Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

  • Are you open to the public?  Yes, we are open to both the public as well are trade accounts.

  • Do you discount?  Yes, we are very competitive and offer two discount structures, one for the public following manufacturer guidelines as well as a discount structure for trade accounts. 

  • Do you have a showroom?  YES! We are located at 320 W. Wilshire Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73116.  If you live out of the metro area our web site has over 100 product lines and growing.  If you see anything on there that interest you use the contact form, and we will get you pricing and lead times.

  • Do you require appointments?  No, walk-ins are welcome, but we do offer appointments. 

  • Do you have products that are budget friendly?  Yes, we offer many product lines that won’t break the bank as well as products that are of a higher end price point.

  • Do you ship? Yes, we can ship direct to your location for your convenience.

  • Do you offer job scheduling and management?  Yes, for whole home projects as well as a bathroom or kitchen remodel, we will build an easy-to-read schedule by room with selections and photos for each room. This is complementary. This helps you and us manage what has been ordered, what has been delivered and what needs to be ordered.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?  We always strive to get you the best deal overall. In many cases we will cover the cost of shipping ourselves.  Items that must ship LTL instead of UPS or Fed Express may require shipping to be added.  When we quote an order, we will let you know if shipping is covered. 

  • What is your return policy? We follow each manufacturer's return policy.  Most today are 30 days for stock items. Custom or semi-custom and some finishes are not returnable.

  • Do I have to pay a return fee if I return something?  Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces then yes, a return charge is added by the factory.  If you ordered something by mistake but want to reorder, we will try to get a reduced or waived return fee (shipping still applies). Sometimes we are successful, sometimes we are not but we will always advocate for you.
